Hampshire Property Development Startup, Brunnen & Co Consultancy, Has Launched Their New Brand; ‘Making Land, Planning and Project Management Simple’.
Brunnen and Co, founded by Claire Carvalho and Daryl Holmes in November 2020, was formed under the core principles of honesty and simplicity.
With over 50 years’ combined experience of the development sector, this Hampshire-based startup aims to offer an uncomplicated process to property development and land planning services to developers and landowners.
Claire Carvalho addressed the driving force behind building a business that proposes to ‘keep things simple’,

Brunnen and Co are pleased to launch their new website today; thanks to the marketing support and guidance of a local Fareham-based ethical agency, Koala Marketing.
Supporting neighbouring businesses is to take steps in the right direction; Building partnerships with local specialists, like Koala Marketing, and engaging regionally working suppliers and sub-contractors, empowers Brunnen and Co (B&CC) to take ethical steps within company operations.
“Working with and supporting our local community whilst providing a personal service form part of our core business values”, said Daryl Holmes. “I’ve worked in residential development for 40 years, the connections made during this time are pivotal to the success of B&CC, as these relationships allow Claire and I to deliver a service that leads with the best solution for each client.”
Alongside the brand launch, Brunnen and Co have some exciting South Coast-based projects in the pipeline. As planning for these developments takes shape, these bonds with new clients are cemented and mark the start of great things to come for B&CC.
